Today I had one of the most pleasant limo rides. The driver arrived exactly on time, called to confirm the location, and waited for me without rushing. The car was impeccably clean, both inside and out, it smelled fresh, and the seat belts were in order. On the way, he drove very carefully, smoothly, without sudden braking or risky overtaking. I appreciated that he asked if I preferred the air conditioning louder/weaker and put on a decent volume of music, not disco. The route was chosen optimally, we avoided traffic jams, and we arrived 5 minutes earlier than the app estimated. The price was exactly the one in the app, no surprises.
